Through the contact form we may receive: name, email address, phone number (optional), enquiry type, and message. The hidden anti-spam field is not used as contact data.

We do not request sensitive data. If you include any voluntarily in your message, we will process it only to answer your enquiry.

Purpose

We use the data only to answer the enquiry, continue the professional conversation you started, and, where relevant, prepare a services proposal.

We do not sell personal data or use it for mass advertising or automated marketing profiling.

Voluntary nature

Submitting the form is voluntary. Without the minimum data (name, email, and message) we cannot reply. The phone number is optional and helps us reach you.

Recipients

We do not disclose data to third parties for their own purposes. Technical providers required to host the site or deliver email may process data under our instructions and only for that purpose.

We may disclose data when a competent authority requires it under Argentine law.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet legal duties or reasonable defences. We then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, updating, or deletion of your personal data by writing to estudio@fmarq.com, stating your name and the email used in the enquiry.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority for Law 25.326 in Argentina.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Only technical mechanisms strictly required for the site to function may be used.
